Our initial smart contracts written in chaincode for tolling are now posted on our repository

A smart contract is computer code written to facilitate, verify, and enforce the terms of an agreement or a set of rules. In the blockchain world, transactions are traceable and immutable.

Our set of smart contracts controls the ability of an agency to update, read, and identify accounts and vehicles statuses in the blockchain network. This process is commonly known as a tag (or transponder) validation list update. Next: smart contracts for agency-to-agency transaction processing.
